2010 2011 Rental Price List

 

The Governor Thomas Bennett House is available for rent during the day or evenings, for weekday or weekend events.  The rental fee is for the use of the house and gardens. The areas on the main floor comprise: the dining room, parlor, library, foyer and piazza. The outside areas include the gardens, the portico and the grounds.

The full amount for the rental is due at the time the contract is signed.  Additional security deposit fees and/or parking lot fees are listed in contract and are also due upon contract signing. 

The house accommodates 150 guests for receptions and 70 for sit down dinners.  The grounds can accommodate up to 225 guests.  The Barre Street Parking lot may also be rented on weekends.  The client may select a caterer of their choice for the event.
