2012 Rental Price List

 

The Governor Thomas Bennett House is available for rent during the day or evenings, for weekday or weekend events. The rental fee is for the use of the house and gardens.

Specified Areas:
The areas on the main floor comprise: the parlor, dining room, library, foyer, kitchen, restroom and piazza. The second floor has three rooms and two restrooms available for the bridal party to use for dressing before the event. The ground level has a lounge with cable TV provided for the groomsmen and a break room for the band with two restrooms available on that level.

There are a total of five restrooms in the house for guests to use.

The outside areas include the crescent garden and brick courtyard, the portico, side lawn and secret garden.

Sunday	$5,000

The full amount for the rental is due at the time the contract is signed. Additional security deposit fees and/or parking lot fees are listed in contract and are also due upon contract signing.

The house accommodates 150 guests for indoor receptions and 70 for seated dinners. The grounds can accommodate up to 225 guests.

The Barre Street Parking Lot is located adjacent to the Bennett House may also be rented on weekends and provides parking for approx. 200 guests.
